    Long time games pass member, bill is current. Not allowing me to access games pass


    I have a current Xbox games pass and it is not showing up in my app tab. When I click on it, it allows me to join Xbox games pass. But when I look to join, it says there is a problem on Xbox's side. Would like to get this fixed and play so Sea of Thieves,
    especially since I've had a current games pass subscription for almost a year. Please help

    I was charged for my xbox music pass and xbox live when I attempted and thought I disabled it a long time ago..I wasn't using the music pass and I'm trying to use a prepaid card and it's not allowing me too..

    EA Access and Same Retail Games Problem

    Me and my girlfriend share the same console, i've the EA Access Pass she not.

    I've Battlefield 4 retail version, and i've bought the EA Access version too.

    When she tries to play, Battlefield tries to start, ask an update but send me an error, so i've logged with my profile and i've started the game, but Battlefield don't ask me any update and has started normally. But if she retried to start the game has the
    same problem, every time she tries.

    Now, I think that X1 tries to start the digital version and not the CD inserted, but she hasn't the EA Access Pass, then the game crashes

    A solution is remove my home console, but she can't play my digital games anymore, and can't play online as a gold member, obviously

    If is an error of actual firmware please fix it or extend the EA Access Pass of all console member like the Live Gold.

    I cannot refer a friend, have had Game Pass Ultimate for at least a year.

    Also, the website link tells me "Sorry, this offer is only available to paid PC Game Pass and Xbox Ultimate Game Pass Ultimate members. If you have purchased Game Pass in the last 7 days, please try again later."

    Neither of those apply to me, I am a member of Ultimate on PC and have had my account for a long time.

    … remaining Game Pass Core time will be converted automatically to Game Pass Ultimate at the current conversion ratio, up to 36 months. Game Pass Core time will convert to Game Pass Ultimate time at a ratio of 3:2 and be rounded up to the next full day. For example, 90 days of Game Pass Core time will convert to 60 days of Game Pass Ultimate.

    It has given me 6/7 weeks access.
