Long Time Customers & Day One buyers don't qualify for Promos

I personally feel that Microsoft/Xbox Team are not doing enough to reward their long time customers such as myself. I purchased a Xbox, Xbox 360, & Xbox One all on launch day. I have been supporting Xbox from the start but yet it sucks how they did not
offer me the $75 credit because I already had purchased an Xbox One, now they are launching a new promo from Sept 7-13 that if someone buys an Xbox One they can get a free game. I really wish they would go back and reward people who supported them and purchased
an Xbox One at launch, give us a free Xbox one game, something....

    :)

  2. More free games from MS

A slap in the face to us Day 1 buyers? Not even close, we are day 1 buyers for a reason & waiting for sales & bundles year later for holidays is not one of them

    MS/343

Will you compensate buyers of the game, if the non-playable issue persists? I.e. refund the money we have lost. The price of the game has been halved in the meantime, meaning that many buyers have lost close to 50 dollars for a piece of useless plastic.

It has been well over 2 months now, without any progress report or response to the customers. How long does MS/343 expect buyers to wait? What is reasonable waiting time?

Why don't you issue the game as a downloadable file to buyers to avoid this mess?

I agree 100% but we don't count, we are already members so they do not need to try and entice us over to MICROSOFT. I guess they do not care about us loyal customers, I also have been with Xbox from the start, and looking at what the competitor offers their
members, maybe it is time to switch teams, or just deal with being just another face in the crowd. It seems to be like that with every company Like cable and Sat TV, Cell Phones, etc... they run all kinds of special things for new customers but do nothing
    for their loyal customers.

It's called capitalism guys, and the reason the do it is because it works. A perfect example of it working is the post right above this, stating that they will go over to where the grass looks greener now because of promo deals. They also decided to release
a new rewards program, buy 3 games get $60 bux cash back. They conveniently released this [program AFTER the destiny pre-order rush. There are guys payed big bucks to make sure they can hook a consumer at the least possible cost. Hell they may even have
to have a degree in turd polishing to get the job too.

They already have you by the curlies, they don't need to entice you over. Its not just Microsoft that does it other companies do it as well.

  9. They're trying to get more sales, simple as that. Just because you purchase each of their consoles doesn't mean you deserve extra. If you get lucky and get a prize for being with them for a while, congrats, but no one should feel they deserve something extra
simply for buying everything they make.

  10. Hello "Z3ROHUNTER" Long Time Customers & Day One buyers don't qualify for Promos :)

My experience with Microsoft's consoles have been nothing short of extraoridinary Long Time Customers & Day One buyers don't qualify for Promos :)

I still have my Original Xbox, Xbox 360 and now the Kinectless Xbox One. I have no regrets at all because my gaming experience has been and continues to be amazingly awesome.

I could care less about other people getting a free game of their choice if they decide to pick-up and Xbox One now.

  11. Long time buyers and day one customers don't qualify for promos? Seriously?

...because I could swear that I, as an early adopter, did in fact qualify for numerous Games with Gold promotions over the past few months and received "free games such as Max: The Curse of Brotherhood, Guacamelee: Super Turbo Championship Edition!, and
more... I'd say that debunks this threads subject line right there - especially since someone who bought a console say, in the past week would not be able to get those games for "free" like I did. So, I would argue that the opposite is actually true. Since
I have had my console longer I have been able to take advantage of MORE promotions, not less. Long Time Customers & Day One buyers don't qualify for Promos ;)

  12. Hello "Galactic Geek" Long Time Customers & Day One buyers don't qualify for Promos :)

I've never cared about the free games that come with Gold because I mainly play " Full " versions of games Long Time Customers & Day One buyers don't qualify for Promos :)

Just to avoid confusion, I use the term " Full " for games that aren't XBLA games Long Time Customers & Day One buyers don't qualify for Promos :)

I can't get behind the attitude that because a game isn't big budget or triple a out is somehow less of a game. Plenty live arcade/indie titles amount to as much gameplay or enjoyment people on the average get out of so-called "real games".

The stupid in this thread is strong.....

    -

Why the heck do people think they deserve something from a company because they have purchased a product from them before? I mean really.... why??? If you want the promos then buy a console now that has the "deals" with it. It is called a decision when
someone purchases an item.... that item may go up in price (PS4) or down in price (X1). It is called LIFE!
