long term difficulties

I've pretty much fallen in love with Future Soldier, but it needs DLC and most importantly, a couple patches. Some of the glitches in this game are inexcusable and make me wonder why they bothered to have a beta.

Depends on support. It's a Ghost Recon, so the dedicated community will be there for months, but I think for people (myself included) who are playing it who aren't massive GR fans, it has enough to keep interest for maybe 2-3 months. The similarity of game
modes will for sure wear it down quickly.

All depends on how willing Ubi is to offer long-term support for the game. It seems they have DLC in the pipes, which is a good sign. If they patch some things up and continue to keep things fresh with DLC, maybe new game modes, maybe unlocking all the guns
for every faction instead of having goddamn faction-specific weaponry, then I'll keep playing. This game is more fun for me than any other game out right now except GOW3.

That is just how I am, my tolerance level for MP games has diminished over the last few years, if I can find a good group to roll around with then I will probably get a little more playtime out of it. Take today for example, most people in the room were
communicating and going for objectives and it was a blast..........and they were just random players too! We will see with this game and the community ends up. The neat thing about Ghost Recon games is the community tends to be a lot better than others.
The 7-8 matches I played earlier had absolutely ZERO trash talking, granted only about 4 out of the 6 on my team were talking but it still says a lot. It is crazy how just the chat in a game can make or break your experience and I know many people are into
Party Chat but this game (for all you party chatters) for the most part is safe to talk with the players.............totally different breed!

^that's kinda what I'm worried about. The modern COD's stink, but I still play MW2 to this day. Would do the same with BF3, but EA screwed it up with the Rent-A-Server only....

I just want something I can pay $60 bucks for, and enjoy it for a year. That hasn't happened since Infinity Ward was still Infinity Ward.
