    Hello, for a while now, being about 4-6 months, my messages within the xbox guide menu take about 1-3 minutes to load each time I select a conversation. Is there any kind of fix i can do myself?

    it seems completely random now. Some days it lags on loading, other days no problem.

    Only problem for me is laggy gameplay. I guess the frame rate drops so much it's like watching a Zack Synder movie.

    I install it on my hard drive and my load time was faster.I also deleted all ea stuff from my hard drive.Like the demo madden 12,college footall demo.Maybe that will help.

    its not an item thing because ive deleted all my saves and have a lvl 1 nothingmaster.

    so im goung for a new hdd how will i transfer all my dlc?

    Just re-download your DLC.

    Save files are the only tricky item. Use a properly formatted USB source, or the cloud feature for that.

    i removed the harddrive and the start menu came up fast. but i cant test in game because i need a storage device, is it the HDD or is it the DLC for skyrim that ruins this game for me?
