Long Black Screen during loading of games

Recently my xbox one S has been giving me a black screen that would last 30 seconds or longer inbetween loading up the game, and the start screen. I dont know how to fix this, I have tried hard resetting the xbox (power button press on xbox for 10 seconds
then wait 30 seconds to turn back on), and I have unplugged my xbox all night. If anyone has had this problem to please let me know if you found a solution. Thank you.

always check your settings are all corect and of course as already suggested clear the caches

Try clearing your system cache as well! It should help.

How long are you leaving it on the black screen?

During a cold start you will get the green splash, then black screen which can last a number of minutes looking like it isn't doing anything then it will load up into the Dashboard.

During normal start up it will go to the green xbox screen with loading dots on the bottom then it will display a black screen. If the black screen is what your talking about give it a minute for the xbox logo to pop up. The console is loading the dashboard
when you see that screen.
