Long account trouble

I don't know if there is a solution to this but one of my accounts is inaccessible. The email I used for it is obsolete now as everyone I try to get a new password it always says that it can't be done. There is some content on that old account that I would
have to buy again as it does not show on my Xbox one. Like certain backwards compatible dlc that I know that I have on my 360. Is there a way to fix this?

I mad a mistake trusting someone brought a Xbox one s that wasn't as described as he said.

If he has an account you can find his info and get him in some trouble with the authorities.

And fill out an form as long as you can prove ownership like achievements or things like account history like purchases original console e etc etc things you can only know then your fine

If you fail however three times (this part is important)

It has to be three times the very least then you've call Xbox Support and explain the situation and as long as you have the original console serial number they can help you if you meet their less stricter standards

However this can only be done if you tried 3x with answers.microsoft.com and still meet the basic requirements this is to prevent phishers from gaining access to your account as only a person who owns if should know account history etc etc

A long as your account has an gold membership you should have no trouble to send messages.

As long as you are signed into the account that bought it, you should have no trouble. If you're not, that account would need to set the new console as its Home console.

I understand that. What I want to know is why I can't be accepted. I was always under the assumption that as long as nothing is wrong with your account and as long as you haven't been in any trouble, you can join. Or was I wrong?
