    This "other" team is really dragging its feet in resolving this billing info database issue...?

    According to HELLOWORLD (the company that manages the Xbox live rewards program) the problem is with Microsofts billing info databases and not with "HELLOWORLD" who are "completely blameless" -according to helloworld customer care.. and even after 13 months
    (in my case) there is still absolutely no indication as to when or if this will ever be fixed...

    Hello JamsterJames,

    As mentioned repeatedly in your previous posts, your deposit issue is being caused by an error in the billable account database where your primary billable account is not being marked as the designated account for depositing into. Since we do not have access
    to this database, we must rely on another team to provide a resolution for this issue. At the current time, they have not yet been able to provide a full resolution to this issue, and are still currently working on this error. They have not yet provided us
    with an estimate on when to expect this full resolution.
