    Locked in xbox live, although I did not break anything. It blocked the first time. 3 months locked. The site enforcement.xbox.com written that everything is in order. What should I do?

    So we can best help you out, can you clarify what happens when you try to sign into Xbox Live? Please share the exact error message you're receiving. Thanks!

    When the xbox one goes to the main page, the error message does not arrive. On the right side of the window says that the console is locked in xbox live. The same message appears on the lock while checking network. Nothing else happens.

    Looks like your Xbox One was issued a console ban. If your console has been banned there isn't an option to submit a case review for it. Your only option is to play your Xbox One disconnected from Xbox Live or purchase a new Xbox One. Thanks for your understanding,
