    Locked in xbox live, although I did not break anything. In the e-mail does not come, and online enforcement.xbox.com all right, no violations. Blocks the first time, blocked for two months. What should I do ?

    Looks like your Xbox One was issued a console ban. If your console has been banned there isn't an option to submit a case review for it. Your only option is to play your Xbox One disconnected from Xbox Live or purchase a new Xbox One. Thanks for your understanding,

    When the xbox one goes to the main page, the error message does not arrive. On the right side of the window says that the console is locked in xbox live. The same message appears on the lock while checking network. Nothing else happens.
