Logs out of online missions problem with console not internet connection

the message says your servers are disconnecting me, losing gta online connection. trouble staying connected to gta online.

your servers are disconnecting after I have payed for a mission. this is on going and I have lost over 300,000 gta dollars. do you understand this message.

other games (APEx, rainbow six seige, call of duty, destiny, fallout, overwatch , fortnite) connecting to the internet with multiplayer play excellent connection.

GTA online logs me out after I pay for a mission, or logs me off with lobby more than 6 players.

I can connect to gta online lobby but get kicked out after I payed for a mission.

resetting the xbox**** talked with service provider: service is good with all devices, xbox showing strong signal and streaming., turn off/on, nat type (always open), only GTA online has problems staying connected to a lobby with 6 or more players. all
other online multiplayer games have no problems staying connected. running IPv4/IPv6.

Your son can still play his games on the family console while logged into his profile and it's online (no Gold level required, just internet access). If your internet cuts out the game disappears or reverts to trial mode. If you do a license transfer of
his content to the family console anyone on the console can play that content regardless of internet connection. A license transfer will not affect the licenses of any other account that uses that console.

I'm getting the same problem after applying the recent update this evening, the same error. Logging out and back in does not work. Neither does multiple restarts of both the console and my internet connection. Is there any more info on this?

After tons of troubleshooting my Xbox One and manually entering all my IP/DNS info, its finally saying “All Good: your console is connected to the internet.” Its connected to the wireless network, and says its connected when i test the network connection.
HOWEVER, if i try to connect to XBox Live, test the network speed or mutliplayer connection, or do anything even remotely requiring an internet connection (run games/watch netflix) it tells me I have to be online and to connect to the internet.

My WiFi is running well (tested on a number if other devices) and even so, I unplugged and reset both it and the XBox. I cant connect it to the ethernet cable because its in a completely different room and I dont want to rearrange my house to accomodate
gameplay in the only room that has direct access to a cable. (The room the console is in has its own eero device in it though and the wifi is strong in this room on ther devices.)

I can’t get a live person on customer support, and it wont let me request a call or chat, ive tried the direct number which just refers me to the customer support page which, again, is super unhelpful, and i cannot for the life of me figure out how to get
this to work. Why is it saying im connected to the internet but not actually connecting or seeing it after i try to get a game running?!

Last week the Xbox updated (which was overdue since i have consistent problems getting this console to get and stay connected to the internet anyway) so i dont think thats the cause but does anyone know how i can get this going again or have experience with
this issue?

I hope that I can help you to solve this issue. Try to turn off console completly and then turn it on again ... change IP and DNS settings to automatic see what's happen ; So have you tried to reset console to factory defaults ? if not please try to do
it following this link : https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults. (but
try it if none of the steps above doesn't work.)
