    Hi,

    I cannot log onto the app, I click sign in and nothing happens. I can logon to the xboXboxbsite with no issues.

    I have done a repair of the app, reset the app still the same issue

    Hi,

    What will that remove? I checked ion my laptop, and the Xbox app also does not log in so, it's not machine specific.

    What's odd is when I open the app it shows my user icon and username briefly in the top left and then it disappears and shows sign in.

    Hi, I hope you're doing well and safe out there. I'm an Independent Advisor and I’m happy to help you today.

    Let’s try some steps that might help. Kindly open the Microsoft Store, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in again using the account that has your games and should change the store account.

    Then open File Explorer using the Windows key + E shortcut.

    In the address bar paste the following line:

    %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker

    If there are Accounts and Cache folders available make sure that you delete them. After removing the cache, try to start the Xbox app again.

    Thanks, but still having the same issues. I think I might as well uninstall this app, its more hassle than anything else
