    i can't logon to my minecraft account. i play from ps4. my psn is . when i try to connect my account it says this account is already connected to another psn but i used for that minecraft account.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    As per Mojang Support "The solution is to link the PSN:tm: ID to a different Microsoft account since the Microsoft Account you’re attempting to use is already connected to a different PSN:tm: ID. Each Microsoft account may only be linked to a single PSN:tm: ID and vice versa."

    Is it possible that you have turned on family settings and set up a play timer allowance for your kids?

    Unfortunately, that timer is console based, not account based, if I remember correctly.

    So if you set an allowance for your kids, each kid and you draw from that timed allowance.

    For example: You want to allow each of your kids to play 7 hours during the week. So you set the timer to 7 hours a week. But every time the console is turned on, the time counts down. No matter what kid is signed in, or if you are playing.

    I have spoke to 8 representatives, The best answer I can give you is:

    There seems to be a "glitch" that prevented some users on the EAP with last months billing. My issue happened to be that Microsoft never attempted to auto charge my account in October. I never received any bank notifications regarding any issues so I played
    on.

    On 08/24 My home screen changed to say "come back to gold for $5 a month".

    I thought this was weird, since I had recently signed a 2 year agreement, so I contacted Billing. I was informed everything was good on my end and that "it was weird". I deleted/redownloaded my profile, cleared my cache, powered off the system and tried
    again. Same pop up as before, but I was able to play online, and even download the free games with gold. The rep assured me I was good to go.

    As of yesterday, I received the same pop-up you described. I have since then attempted:

    Delete and redownload of profile

    Clear Cache

    Power off machine, disconnect power supply, hold power button to discharge capacitors.

    Deleted Credit Card assigned to account

    Added Same/Different Credit Card back to account

    Cried a little

    Purchased a Gold membership for an additional user

    Checked account status on xbox.com

    What is weird is, when you click "my account" on xbox.com it shows (for me) a gold account in good standings. When you scroll to the bottom of the page and click "billing history".. after entering verification code.... it shows xbox live membership as cancelled.

    The FINAL RESOLUTION I was able to get on this issue was:

    I had to have a ticket created for their "escalations team", which will take up to 13 days to receive resolution on. So once you call and have a ticket created, let your kids know that shiny box you bought and paid money to play games with, is nothing but
    a cool paperweight in the meantime.

    On a side note, verify your billing information is accurate on the XBOX if you may have recently moved or had an address change.

    Hope this helps, It took me over 5 hours of frustration to get this information.
