Logitech Steering Wheel Not working after update

So I have been using my Logitech G920 steering wheel and pedals for the last year on my xbox playing F1, however since the last xbox update everytime I plug my steering wheel in the xbox system pulls completely dead and doees not want to load games or when they do load it is extremely slow. To the point that the Xbox is unusable.

Now, it does seem as though this is a issue across most users using steering wheels on their consoles. I have seen people complaining about this now across various forums, including this one.

Please do not ask me to do certain things to see if it works. I have tried everything including doing a full factory reset and the problem is still there. Clearly something went wrong with the update that went out, because most are saying this started after the update. I am now sitting with a peice of hardware that is pretty useless to me now seeing as I cannot use it.

Where else except here can we report this issue to Microsoft in order for them to start on a fix, or can we can some kind of confirmation that you guys are aware of the issue and working on a fix please?

Latest on the DUFF Update;

Logitech issues a statement;

"To all experiencing a performance issue with the Logitech G920 steering wheel, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are aware of performance issues that occur when a USB Steering Wheel is connected to your console and a game is played. A fix is on its way shortly, but as a workaround, if the USB Steering Wheel is disconnected system performance should return to normal".

The problem is the latest update from Xbox from 27 september 2023.

I have two xbox one s and two different steering wheels from logitech (one G920 and one G923) and after i did the update from xbox both my steering wheels act the same on both my consoles.

If i start any EA race games the steering wheels starts to constant vibrate/shake like crazy and will keep doing it until i turn of the game.

As long its not a EA game it works fine.

Thank you for the information. Being that I am not Versed that well when it comes to a lot of this...... Is Drivehub the same as Logitech's GHub? And is this something you have to do every time you play a game?? FYI.....Logitech did respond to me by putting me into their Support line. We'll see how long that takes and if it helps. Thanks again.

Sorry to hear that this issue still persists. I gave up on trying to troubleshoot my XBOX Series X and the affected software titles. I spoke with Microsoft multiple times and searched the Net for days trying to find a fix for my XB Series X. Microsoft does not seem to care about truly fixing this issue because it only affects racing titles which are probably a very small percentage of their market, and the various game companies are in a difficult position due to Microsoft's industry power. So I've given up on consoles and bought a decent 4K gaming PC on sale during Black Friday and purchased the same racing titles I had on console from Steam, which were also on sale. This is something I should have done long ago, because the PC experience (once everything is setup and adjusted properly) is far, far superior to consoles. Feels so much better with greater detail on the same Logi wheelbase and pedal set. If you or anybody else affected by this unfortunate event can afford to go to PC then you should do it without hesitation. Only problem with the PC is that Project Cars 2 is no longer available on PC any more. They pulled it off the market due to lack of sales a few months before I switched. Too bad because I really enjoyed PC 2. Anyone interested in a lightly used XBOX Series X?? LOL!!

Same issue with Thrustmeter TMX on Series S. Been broken since the latest update. PLEASE MICROSOFT FIX THIS.
