Logitech Headsets work horrible on Xbox One

That's my whole point ! You See the only good and reliable 7.1 ss headset on xbox one is basically just Astro a50 and that is wrong !! Avoiding the whole xbox one does not support usb headsets deal, i myself cannot get an Astro cause thay're too overpriced
and expensive and they are not available where i live !!

I never tried an astro before but been working with a few razer and logitech headsets and i think logitech is alot better, they are more comfortable, have better build quality and more customisable. Now the logitech says the new g633 is compatible with
xbox one but only sterio. Basically what my question is if i can make it to work soround sound on xbox one ?

Have anyone ever tried using an external sound card on xbox one?

Did all that and still having same issue. I wonder if it has to to do with compatibility to my headset. Changing the samplerate of my headset will also cause audio to work. My headset is a Logitech G633. Could it also be logitech software?

What logitech headset are you talking there is a quite a bit of wireless headsets that work well with the xbox, Astro's turtlebeach ect. Am sure there might be a way to get it working depending on the model.

What will Logitech do for me if this issue is on the Xbox? The headset works perfectly on other handsets and only on the Xbox that does not work. it comes cheaper for MS to sell an adapter than to make
an update to fix it. I've solved the problem I'm using a cell phone headset that works perfectly. Thanks a lot for the help.

Thanks for your post! I understand you are looking to use your Logitech headset with your Xbox One. If your headset has a 3.5mm jack it should work normally plugged into the controller. Unfortunately if you are using any sort of external sound card for your
headset you may run into issues getting the headset to work, otherwise the headset should work fine.
