    Hi,

    This is such a disappointing issue, I purchased this headset without paying attention that in the near future I would purchase an Xbox which is not compatible, then throw the feature of a 200usd wireless headset to a jack.

    I mean seriously didn't Microsoft or Logitech thought of a fix for an app for this to work, why would I buy the headset for one console such as the PlayStation or PC? This isn't making any sense, I cannot be forced to sell and buy new product by shifting
    to a new console, what's the benefit, I'm not earning money from paying them the price.

    I was hoping if anyone had been able to find a way to connect the Logitech G933 wirelessly to Xbox X and save me the hassle and money to buy the recommended Steel series 9X, I really consider this a cheap and intolerant way to attract a customer to benefit
    from accessories.

    Microsoft and Logitech should be responsible to provide such solutions to issues their own customers face, I love my G933, its beyond amazing for me and happy with it, and I request Microsoft and Logitech to fix this issue.

    Logitech G933 Patch/Update?

    It would be up to logitech to update or make the headset wireless for the Xbox. There are many wireless headsets that are out there that conform to the wireless "standard" that Xbox has in place. Until then you'll have to wait for Logitech to provide that
    feature.

    The G933 gaming headset can be connected to your Xbox One™ console using the included the 3.5mm audio cable.

    1. Set the mode switch on the G933 gaming headset to Wireless Off mode for passive audio mode, or set to
      Wireless On mode for active audio mode with additional features.
    2. Connect the G933 gaming headset to the Xbox One™ controller using the included 3.5mm cable. NOTE: Older Xbox One™ controllers may not support direct 3.5mm cable connections and may require the Xbox One™ Stereo Headset Adapter (sold separately)

    Had the same problem with my Logitech G933,quiet dialogue or no dialogue at all, but it was fine with another wireless headset (Sony), so i uninstalled the logitech G software, reconnected the G933 and started the game and everything worked great, so I
    think the problem is the game doesn't like the Logitech G Suite software.

    Is your Headset connected to an xbox wireless adapter? Or do you have one from corsair?

    Today I've tested the Xbox Wireless Headset on my Xbox One X with Dolby Atmos activated and had no problems in CoD: Warzone.
