    Logitech G923 won’t calibrate with Xbox Series XS


    Hi, I brought a Logitech G923 in March 2023 and used it 3 times with no issues. Since then I have packed it away back in the box with all the original cords, and when I tried using it again the wheel would light up but never calibrated as it usually did. I have tried unplugging everything and waiting a while to plug it back up but still never worked, as well as updating my Xbox. Is there another way to try and have it recalibrated?

    Hello Wai, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your wheel.

    Please first make sure that your wheel is fully updated. I'd recommend checking the product website on Logitech for any possible updates to firmware.

    Also, if you've joined the Xbox Insiders program then that may also be a possible issue. If you're in it you should try leaving the program and see if the wheel works then.

    Same problem here. When I disconnect the Logitech Steering wheel all is fine withe the controller.

    When I connect the wheel it does a normal calibration and than everything blocks.

    I got a new set within my warranty because they first believed it was the wheel itself.

    But with the new Logitech G923 steering wheel still the same issue.

    So it must be the last Microsoft Xbox One update

We'd want to inform you that the above issue started after the latest Xbox update and is affecting all the Xbox compatible wheels. We have reported this to the Microsoft.
