Logitech G920 not working

I have had my logitech g920 for just over a year haven't used it in around 6 months and now I'm trying to use it again and it works perfectly fine in the menus of my Xbox I can lauch the games and what not but when I attempt to cloud game a game like FH4 which it had previously worked on it does not work, I believe I have updated it, my computer is weird but I have seen the download finished page when I updated it I have also reset my xbox because I saw that was a fix, any other options possible?
