Yes, USB keyboards will work on the Xbox One, therefore that keyboard should work and as already stated, Fortnite can be played using M&K on the Xbox One.

While the keyboard should function fine the Chroma part of it likely will not as it relies on the Razer software to do the lighting on the keys.

does anyone know if this keyboard razer blackwidow chroma v2 can be used on xbox and if it works on fortnite

If your logitech is equivalent to or similar to Logitech G613, it may possibly work.
