    I purchased the new minecraft game for my 12 yr old son and it worked great for one day. The next day while at work he called me stating he was "restricted from online play." I have tried to log on to my microsoft account and give him free reign of the
    account with no luck. At this point I have waisted money without fixing this game. please help. im not computer savy. .

    Following steps I have done:

    • reinstall the game
    • loged out of windows store. restarting pc and loging in again.
    • reset the store
    • repaired the store.
