พอดีว่าไม่กี่วันก่อนได้ทำการสมัครmicrosoftเพื่อจะสมัครบัญชีxbox แล้วพอทีนี้ได้ทำการสมัครโปรโมชั่นหนึ่งของxboxไป ตอนนี้จะยกเลิกแต่ไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้เพราะรหัสผ่านผิดทั้งๆที่ใส่รหัสถูกต้องแล้ว กู้คืนบัญชีก็ไม่ได้เพราะว่าทางmicrosoftบอกมาว่าข้อมูลน้อย แล้วทีนี้จะทำอย่างไรคะ เพราะถ้าเข้าไม่ได้ก็ต้องเสียตังไปเรื่อยๆ

just a few days ago, i signed up for microsoft to sign up for an xbox account, and now i have signed up for one of xbox promotions. now it will be canceled but cannot be undone because the password is wrong, even though the code is entered correctly. i can't recover an account because microsoft says it's low on data, so what do you do now, because if you can't get in, you're going to lose money.

Mine is always available for anywhere i login.... Or if i never login i just ask for forget password retroval and it works

Hi,

If you don't wish to type in your Xbox LIVE password each time you try to login to your gamertag then please download your account again.

Push the middle button on your Xbox 360 controller and go to Download Profile. I you're signed in to an account press the blue "X" button on your controller to sign out, you should then see the download profile option.

When you're done downloading the profile you'll be asked to remember your password, make sure to check the proper option, and you won't be asked for your password each time.
