    Just go to the address it tells you, login with your Plex login and enter code and then it will link the 2.

    LOGIN

    I would try powering the console completely down and unplugging the power supply from the wall and make sure it's not plugged into a surge protector because the power supply is a surge protector. Wait for the light to go out on the power supply, plug it
    back in start it up and then try to sign in. If that doesn't work if your profile is on the console I would remove it completely, reboot and then try to sign back in again. Sometimes you have to keep the console off for a little while and do a full reboot
    for things to work right. Just turning it off and right back on right away rarely ever works. I hope this helps you!

    if you use the incorrect details, it may have created a new profile for you

    Have you or your son tried to login to his microsoft account on PC or Mobile from there he should either be able to login or reset his password. Also you can login to your microsoft account and go to family to set permissions and check settings.
