Login xbox one

Hello, I have a problem with xbox one, every time I log into my account the following error appears 0x801901f4 and I can not log in, I already tested the network and I even removed the account and it
did not work, I try to add another account, Can someone help me?

Everytime I try to login in i get an error code saying to try agin in a few min. 0x800488fc

 

Xbox One Wifi - Need Help connecting

I have my Xbox One in my room and the WiFi we use is Optimum Online (for those who don't know its like Fios, Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Etc) so normally when you connect you need to login normally thru a window to type in the login username and password. On the PS4 it connects then i sign in thru the Internet Browser but Xbox doesn't allow me to do it.

How Do i sign in and connect with the Optimum WiFi on my Xbox One or what exactly do I need to do?

You are having trouble signing into your account. Try these steps first How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console. If you continue
not being able to sign in then try the remaining steps listed here:
You are repeatedly prompted for your password and can't sign in on Xbox One

You can also report this problem using the Xbox Insider Hub app so we can investigate it further:

1. On your console, install the
   Xbox Insider Hub app (if you don’t already have it).
   
2. Hold down the Xbox button on the controller.
3. On the power menu, select Report a problem.
4. Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and if you were using any specific games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.

Have you tried hard reseting your xbox?

 

Try and see if you are able to log into the account while not connected to the internet. If you are able to this may mean there is a suspension present

Thanks for reaching out! We are aware that there is an account sign-in emerging issue with error codes 0x801901f4
and 0x80190005 and will be announcing the outage soon. We have gathered as much information as possible and provided it to our engineers. They will be working on a fix for everyone and hopefully this is taken care of soon.

In the meantime, I suggest trying to troubleshoot the console operating system by performing a soft factory
reset and keeping games and apps. Please take a look at the following troubleshooting article:

Side Note: Before
doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles and have a stable internet connection.
