Hi there I need help to login to my old Xbox account please I have my Xbox name but don’t know the email to and password my name in the Xbox is RAYZ29

I don’t use passwords so you mean I need to turn off no-password sign in?

When I try to manage devices in my account there are so many logins listed I don’t know which ones are ok and if any are unauthorized.

All I know is I unlinked my EA account from my Xbox/MS account but it’s been linked again. Yesterday I tried to sign in to my Xbox and it kept directing me to visit a website and enter a code when my Xbox is supposed to be set up for auto login (or login using a code from MS Authenticator instead)

Hi, I don’t know if I’m doing this right. Can you explain what you mean when you said Xbox gamertag credentials. Like my password to login into Roblox would be my Microsoft account password as I remember both that and the username to it but, not the password to my Roblox account. I don’t have a pc so, I tried to login into my Roblox account using my phone and input into the username prompt: my Xbox gamertag username and my Microsoft password as my Roblox password and it didn’t work. During this I had not unlink my Roblox account from my Xbox account. Also when you stated to go to link social accounts in the Xbox account settings I didn’t see anything related to Roblox at all. I don’t know what to do. I’m sorry that I may not understand what you’re saying and I appreciate your help in this situation

So basically I have an account on Xbox for which I have been signed out of and I don’t know the email or password to and it was made when we first got the Xbox it’s been like 7 years now or something like that so no one in the family remembers the email or password of that account and we have spent lots of money on this Xbox account and don’t wanna loose it what do I do?

If you cant figure out what the email is then there is nothing you can do unfortunately.

Its not possible to recover an account without knowing the email. So one way or another youd need to figure out what email you used. This article has some general suggestions on ways you can try to find that out.
