Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

So, in short, none of us here on Forums can actually do that for you.

You would have to remember that yourself, or create a brand new account.

We do have some information here about what to do if you have forgotten your primary sign in information here

When you can't sign in to your Microsoft account that might be able to help with that, but if you can't recover or remember it after looking that info over, you would more than likely have to create a brand new account.

Give that information a look through and let us know how that helped in resolution of the issue
