Login with Email/Number

Hello again, this is the mandatory quarantine of the system, it does this to ensure that you own the account and are requesting the inclusion of the number.

Hello does this mean in a month i can use the email now that i used to sign in to microsoft? and ot with the mobile number?

where do i find the security part? in phone settings?

Actually I did try to log in with my emai but after i clicked confirm and then forgot password and it directs me here (btw is ther any other way to change my password without using "forgot password"?)
