    hey anybody know how to fix a problem I’m trying to log on and it says there was a problem we couldn’t sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com sign in I’ve waited like an hour and reset my Xbox anybody
    know what to do I’m stuck

    Login trouble

    I would like to be able to play the game disks I have played without login and the hours of waiting on the internet systems! Offline should be offline! I have purchased hundreds of dollars of equipment and games... I have spent both Christmas and now my
    holiday spending hours of unaccessible game time! This has been a tremendous waste of my time and has made my decision to purchase a regrettable one.

    Login trouble

    I've just spent about an hour on the chat line with an XBOX representative. I had multiple unsuccessful logins and it directed me to go to account.live.com as I was locked out. I have logged into the account.live.com, but there is no link to reset.
    The representative states that the account will reset in 24 hours, but I am attempting to play tonight. Please reset my account and remove the lock/block.

    Ok, my friend. Can you uninstall and install Minecraft again?

    Also, please do a Network Reset on Windows after you uninstall it (and before installing again):

    Go to Start menu > Settings > Network and Internet > Status > Network Reset.

    See if this works.

    it still says "an error occurred during the login process" when trying to enter with my microsoft account
