hey Oskayra thanks for your response

i contacted epic games and they told me i need to actually login with an xbox to fortnite to claim. but i dont have an xbox. i only used microsoft because i was having trouble paying in epic games with my credit card. they told me i should request a refund for fortnite crew here, so, is it possible to get a refund?

When I go to play fortnite it goes to the login screen then it goes to another screen it goes back to the login screen

I would like to be able to play the game disks I have played without login and the hours of waiting on the internet systems! Offline should be offline! I have purchased hundreds of dollars of equipment and games... I have spent both Christmas and now my
holiday spending hours of unaccessible game time! This has been a tremendous waste of my time and has made my decision to purchase a regrettable one.
