Login to Xbox One Account issues - Solved

For me, I kept getting the standard error trying to login with my Xbox live account to Xbox one. I finally logged in by doing this:

Go to settings< network< advanced settings< alternate MAC address and chose the clear option.

After reboot, I was able to login. Titanfall...here I come!

Xbox gamertag transfer help

Just log into the gamertag and go online with it on your xbox 360. That's it, it's official. Then use that tag on your xbox one to have all it's stats and stuff.

All right thanks so i just need to use a different Microsoft account on the 360 for xbl and then do i just create a new profile on the one with the same account and gamertag?

No, whatever account you have on your 360 that has your gamerscore you login to internet with that gamertag then you login with that same gamertag on the Xbox One, you can not transfer your gamerscore or anything else to another account it must be the same account you just have to login with the existing account on the XB1 to use it on the one.

Quite often a hard reset will fix this problem, simply keep your finger on the power button continuously for 8-10 seconds (until it goes off) Then restart the Xbox One.

Incognito mode doesn't solve this. The issue seems to be that the process for connecting epic account to xbox requires logging into a microsoft account, BUT there is no microsoft login for a child account on xbox.

If the login flow added a step that allowed a parent to choose which one of their family xbox usernames to connect to epic, this would solve the issue.

You could try using a different account to contact support an solve the login issue to be able to resolve the enforcement situation on that site
