Login to XBOX fails with new interface

Device XBox Series X.

Since the bew interface showing a QR and a code I can no longer pogin to my accounr.

In most case the timeout i quite fast and I need to request a new cod, when I do succeed in entering the code + confirmation nothing happens..The QR and code stay on the screen, no login to the main screen. Up and until a week ago the system reverted to he old interface after 2 tries and that worked like a chatm. AZny ideas?

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please perform a power cycle on your Xbox. Press and hold the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down. Unplug it from the power source for a minute, then plug it back in and restart.

And then update console firmware. Make sure that your Xbox Series X is running the latest system update. Go to Settings > System > Updates and check for any pending updates.

what is XBOX app? Is't the login interface?

In my case it really was just the login interface not rendering. "Solved" it by using your print to PDF trick:

1) Right-click login interface (the white screen)
2) Click Print and save to PDF
3) Open the PDF to see what should be displayed
4) Fill in the relevant fields and repeat steps 1-3 as necessary.

These are ridiculous hoops to jump through, but at least I only had to do this once.

Crazy that we still have to deal with a login interface not rendering in this day and age lol

Your generally aren't given a choice but to update if you want to even access anything with your console. Which in the end your going to end up with the new interface anyway regardless if you don't like it. Also I think that is also the same update that
backwards compatibility is made available to everyone, at least what is on the launch list for BC.
