login screen freeze

login screen freeze -

Controller will start xbox and then the Who is Playing Page freezes and will not take any input.

Would be great if someone could suggest what the issue is and if there is a fix or replacement needed.

The client freezes at the login screen shortly after I submit my ID and password.
