Today i tried to login on my Xbox account via my Xbox One S, and everytime i try to login it says that i need internet even though my internet works perfectly fine! error code: 0x800704cf

Why can I not sign into my account even though my console shows I am online? I am a brand new xbox user and am already getting pissed with this. If anyone could help that would be useful. Thanks

Have you tried a full power cycle (not just power it off) of the console yet? That often clears up the issue.

I've also been trying to login an my Xbox tells me that I I'm not connected to the internet as well. I just got the new Madden and can;t play it. (What Up EA servers) ???

 

It hasn't been solved. Hopefully they keep tabs on these forms ...
