    Bom dia.

    Recentemente estou com um Xbox 360 4GB em casa e queria logar minha conta da live nele, mais não estou conseguindo. Ele já está vinculado como meu dispositivo com o Número de série dele.

    Tenho um Xbox One que consigo logar perfeitamente nele, mais infelizmente o 360 não estou conseguindo.

    Posso ter minha conta em 2 aparelhos diferentes?

    Fico no aguardo para possíveis respostas.

    I think its wrong that the Xbox 360 smartglass won't run I used that programme before the Xbox one came out and now I unable to sign or login the the app. It seems strange that the smartglass app for 360 is still downloadable and get I can to login in or

    I was having same issue since yesterday and finally can sign in. In my case I switched from an xbox 360 fat to the 360 slim and didn't signout my xbox profile on the 360 fat before attempting to signin on other xbox. if you have 2-step verification active, you have to use the App Password to login

    You can be login on both consoles so the Xbox 360 and Xbox One with the same account at the same time BUT not on Xbox 360 BC mode + another Xbox 360.

    It's because new devices are not saving on the "Xbox 360 consoles that don't require your password at sign-in" list even if you check the "remember password" option: https://account.xbox.com/en-us/profile/protection?rtc=1

    Xbox server errors with 360 login in all new consoles. Need a solution for this by the Microsoft side.

    Do you have access to a xbox 360 you can log on and see if you have any issues getting your account to sign in there. The other option is hit both the menu and change view button to access the 360 menu on the xbox one and see if you can back out and try
    to re-login.
