Login, lost password and email

Device details alone..there would be no way for the Microsoft system to know whether the device is in the hands of the right person....for example, the device could have been stolen so the thief would have access to the details (not saying you stole it of course, just giving an example)...it would be like going into a car dealership and saying "Hi, I need a replacement key for my car....I can't prove it's my car but here's a photo of it"

I'm sorry but we need to know at least the Microsoft email address that way we can proceed in recovering the account. Even if we know the Gamertag we can't proceed without the email.

You posted to the Office forum, is this problem related to an Office licence or subscription, or are you locked out of a Windows device because you cannot remember the password, please provide full details on the problem and anything that happened before this problem occurred.

Do you remember you Xbox Account email and password associated with the account you lost? If so, sign out of the profile you are logged in to. Then go to sign in and scroll down to download profile. Follow the steps given, login in using the account you
lost's email and password, and download your profile. Then you can go to the marketplace and re-download anything that is not there.

NOTE : I am trying to login with new email and password!

And i also tried to login with old email and password!

BUT NO WORKING!
