I’m sorry to hear about this issue. Could you let me know what happens when you try to verify your email? Typically, when signing in on a different device, the system will prompt you to verify ownership by sending a code to your registered security proof (such as your email or phone number).

If you no longer have access to one of your security proofs, you may need to recover or update your security information by adding a new verification method.

To recover and add a new one, you can follow the steps outlined on this link:

Please note that updating your security proofs triggers a 30-day waiting period. During this time, you won't be able to reset your password. Once the new alternate security information is fully added and the waiting period ends, you'll then be able to verify your identity and reset your account password.

However, if you don't have access to all the security proofs, I recommend filling out the account recovery form. You’ll need to use the email address of your account to submit a request for account recovery at this link: https://account.live.com/acsr. Once you fill out the form, someone from the Microsoft account recovery team will reach out to you via email to help you recover your compromised account. Additionally, please avoid leaving any fields blank when filling out the form. If you're unsure about certain information, make your best guess instead.

also another thing it lets me login to my alt accounts but not my main account so now im just confused
