    I get a message "there was a problem and we could not continue 0x80a4001a

    I have verified i can logon to my email account outside xbox.

    I have tried a hard reboot as stated on another forum , but it didnt work

    Any ideas?

    Anyone know how to change the name it had given me?!

    Might be worth checking out live.xbox.com and changing your profile there (there is name field but I am not sure if they are linked to the what you see when you login on Xbox One) or maybe there is a setting somewhere on account.xbox.com.

    Hi Nathan,

    i wanna try your steps but all i can do is : Test Network,Test Multyplayer and NAT test. Where is this Test Xbox Live connection? Maybe the first one? Test Network? I tried and everything is working fine but i still can't log in.

    I tried removing and logging back into my account and it worked temporarily before logging me out in the middle of GTA 5 and wouldn't let me back in. This is simply not good enough Microsoft -this needs to be sorted now.

    i got the same problem, and a 33min to get support, 3 persons in cue to Chat.

    seriously this is NOT ok microsoft.

    maybe....time to by new game console.....

    What region are you guys located in (Don't need exact details as to where you live, just your region e.g. Mine is United Kingdom GB)?

    Try visiting the link: Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage

    Do you see any service status alerts which will effect your ability to sign in?

    To the best of my knowledge, EA dont store any Xbox Live details, there just own details for EA logins etc. Did you use the same password for EA login as for Xbox Live login?

    Having a problem with lauching sea of thieve through steam.

    For the white screen is ok now. I manage to log in by keep printing pdf to see what is in the white screen and can login to xbox live however, The login xbox live keep on appear and I still cannot play the game.
