login for both email and minecraft

About a week ago, I bought an animal for MineCraft and when I went to see what it looked like, MineCraft told me there was a login issue. It required me to delete the app and then reload. When I did all my MineCraft worlds were gone. Major disappointment.
Three years of my life...poof. So I went to put in a support request. When I did, my Outlook email account told me that password failed as well. So upon demand of the account I created a new one. Since then, at least once a day I'm booted from the Outlook
account, and it rejects my password and requires a new one. If I try to use the one that I had the day before it says I recently used it, so I know the passwords are being accepted. What the heck is going on with all the Microsoft accounts? And by the way,
I never got a response from MineCraft support about getting all my stuff back either. Thanks

Thanks for coming to the forums. This is very odd that it keeps asking you to change your password. When this happens do you try and sign in on the
account website? There have been no reported issues with signing in.If continue to have this issue, there may be a problem with your profile itself. You should then request a call
from support and speak with a support agent.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

If that's the case, that's ridiculous. I want to play minecraft multi-player on xbl, which I paid for both xbl and minecraft on my Xbox. But I can't play with my Playstation in the other room because they both are on my microsoft email. So I gotta put my son's microsoft email on the PS5 minecraft login and mine on the Xbox since xbl is exclusive to login email.... so lame.

Thanks for replying so quickly. I think I phrased my question wrong. I don’t want to move aliases from 1 account to the other. I just want to change the gmail I use to login into my microsoft minecraft account to email B and remove email A.

Currently, I have both gmails and alises and I can use BOTH to login to my minecraft account fine, but I want to remove email A from the list of aliases, my question is would I still keep my license and minecraft account using email B?

Sorry to hear about the issue. Please be advised that in recovering a Microsoft account, we must know exactly the correct email address because it is the primary key in accessing or recovering the account. Without it, you may not be able to recover the right account.

Have you already check your email history regarding your Minecraft account migration?

If you knew the gamertag of the account or phone number that was possibly attached to the account where your Minecraft was migrated to, you may try to recover it from https://account.live.com/username/recover
