    I'm trying to login to play ESO (Elder Scrolls Online) but I keep receiving Login Failed. An Unexpected Internal Error has occurred. I was playing the game yesterday with no problems. What is happening now that I can't login? Any help is appreciated.

    I understand, knowing I believe the servers may be bad, but the problem has not yet been reported by Xbox live status. What I can recommend you to do is to check the following information in your account, if the problem is with you it will be solved this way.

    Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at http://billing.microsoft.com and also check http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console, and code all match region-wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.
