Login does not work.

Discus and support Login does not work. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am trying to login to the xbox one I select user and enter the password, the xbox just thinks for a while and comes bac to the front page and it...     Login does not work.


    I am trying to login to the xbox one I select user and enter the password, the xbox just thinks for a while and comes bac to the front page and it says no one is logged in.If I try and login again it thinks for a long time and then gives me an error message

    I have reset the modem and turned of the xbox but that does not fix the problem.

    Any suggestions.

    Its not just login issues. The app is just broken and does not work.

    NHL Gamecenter ap not on XBOX one?!

    Does not work using Internet Explorer. After clicking on Login, nothing happens.

    Login does not work.

    go into settings and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while it is off ,
    unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up . re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while but all SHOULD
    be good afterwards ...

    Account login does not work

    That kinda helped. I was able to sign into my account on the Companion app, which then logged me into the Game Pass Beta app. I still don't know the underlying issue, but thanks

    I do believe you need a new update as from what I recall on PC now the app is called xbox companion now so just head to the windows store and see if it needs it
