there is a way you can setup a password that they need to login to xbox live. go to xbox home,then scroll over to setting then go to acount when you are there go and find acount securty and go down to pass code. its going to ask you to set a 4charicter passcode
do that and then evry time you go to your acount its going to ask for that pass code to connect to xbox live.

switching acount on my xbox is not a problem i mean the link between my microsoft acount and my xbox like on MY Microsoft acount i log in another xbox acount i would like to put my real xbox acount mon my microsoft acount

By blocked, do you mean you have had action taken on your account by the Enforcement Team? If so Xbox Enforcement and submit a case review.
