    Logging Out


    Every now and then (Its happened about 4 times since I purchased my Xbox One when it first came out) when playing a game I am logged out, the game returns to the main menu, and I get a notification saying Bye <My Name here>!

    The Last two times it happened I noticed my internet connection had dropped out, though I'm not sure if that was a coincidence or not.

    Is there any way to stop this from happening? its annoying to loose all my unsaved progress in a game suddenly.

    HAVING SAME PROBLEM.. SPENT 2 HOUR ON PHONE TO MICROSOFT. NO ANSWER S.HOPE SOME ONE CAN WORK IT OUT .BECAUSE THEY CAN'T WORK IT OUT.

    Hi there, were you playing a game that required Xbox Live to be playing it? If you were and your internet dropped out, that might be the reason it signed you out like that.

    Have you tried playing without an internet connection to see if it does the same thing?

    It was Assassin's Creed Unity and yes I have played it offline. If your playing a co-op mission, (which I wasn't) it just kicks you back to free roam if you lose your connection.

    It was Assassin's Creed Unity and yes I have played it offline. If your playing a co-op mission, (which I wasn't) it just kicks you back to free roam if you lose your connection.

    I can't log out of Xbox.com at all. Even when I'm signed into Windows Live with another account, Xbox.com keeps this account logged in. HELP
