Logging into wrong account or profile

It's not possible to have two or more accounts with only one email address. Our account email addresses are unique and cannot be used to a another account.

Please open your Microsoft Store app and confirm which account is currently signed in there and match it to the account from your Xbox app.

That is the account that I used to make the purchase. OK, if I log in to my MS account, that account has the purchase history, if I then switch over to my Xbox profile, staying in the MS account. That is the same profile that appears when I log in, for the refund process! It's the same account!!!

Is that the issue, that my MS account is linked with the wrong Xbox profile, do I have another mysterious Xbox profile that I don't know about?

Does it open other profiles? because if it that way try to log into your microsoft account to check if there is something wrong with your account, you have to do that on a pc

I logged into the game for the first time and in no time asked me to log into any account or link any account to the game account or anywhere.

I saw that in the tab ''profile'' the game assigned me a name and in the loading bar, I see that there is mention of a Gameloft ID.

I logged into other accounts in the Microsoft Store app and the Xbox app and nothing has changed regarding that ID and name to my profile. I reset the application to see if any tab to log in to any account appeared or if it would change the ID/profile within the game, nothing changed. And let's say I had logged in with the wrong account and wanted to unlink and log in to another account, who should also do that is the game's developer. Microsoft has nothing to do with the game problem.

In the past when I had a similar problem I was logged into the wrong profile; make sure you're logged into the profile that the games were purchased on..
