Logging into an my parent account when I have forgotten the email and password

Hello,

I need some help. I'm trying to log into my Xbox live account as i need to change some setting for a child account but I can't remember the email or password. What can i do to log in

Cant log Into Xbox Live!!! My Parental password was forgotten and cant be recovered.

Since the new update i cant log into Xbox live because After i place my email and password in it also asks for parents permission. The email that it asks for parents permission for we no longer have access to. The security question has also been forgotten
since it has been years since that account has been used and ive basically tried every possible way recover the password and tried so many different possible passwords it couldve been. But its no help, the password is forgotten and i am not able to log in.
HELP PLEASE I need my account!!!

my xbox parent account/ terms of use

ever since these new terms of use (which are stupid as nobody ever reads them) i havent been able to connect to xbox live because i cant accept them using my parent account, this is because i have forgotten my password to the account, ive been in contact
with microsoft chat advisors etc but no joy yet, so im wondering would anybody on here know a way around changing the email address without logging into the old 1??

Here is a new twist. I am the parent account. I had forgotten my Microsoft password so I logged onto Microsoft and reset my password then tried to use the new password on the 2 child accounts and it still is saying it is the wrong password. Any ideas?

It's not even a matter of a forgotten password though, the email attached to the parental account no longer exists. otherwise I would be able to just reset the password to the account and there wouldn't be a problem.

the problem is that it says that my "parent email" password is incorrect. Yet the email that is "attached" is in fact not the email address at all. and when i try to log in with the email you guys says was the parent email it says does not exist with microsoft
account. i spend 4 hours on the phone with support.

Hello jmz731, if you have forgotten your email and were unable to verify your account with a Support Agent you will have to try and remember any old emails you may have used and then attempt to log in or reset the password.

When you attempt to log in or reset password with an email address that is not a Microsoft Account it will let you know that it is not a valid email.

If you are still unable to remember your email then you will have to make a new MSA and Gamertag.
