    Logging in


    Whenever I try to sign into my account on minecraft the same white screen with only the words saying, “ There is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser.” I dont know why its saying this and I
    dont know how to fix it. I attempted to reset my password, reset the app multiple times, and also attempted to find something on the matter. Nothing worked. I dont want to delete the app and reinstall because it would delete all my already made
    worlds that have too much to lose. It wont let me sign in with different users or anything. It also wont let me sign in on the xbox app. If you were wondering, I got signed out by my brother and when I tried logging back in that happened.

    this is PE on iPad by the way

    Hey mate, it sounds like you somehow created a new account on Xbox.com from what was on your console. If both the password and email address for both accounts are the same, you'll want to call phone support for further assistance with the issue.

    Maybe you changed your Windows LIVE ID? Make sure they are the same one from the dashboard.

    http://xbox.com ? If you get 'Glitch in the system" then please visit
    http://commerce.microsoft.com and update your payment data. If that does not solve it, what are the error messages you get?
