    logging in under myself


    Having issues getting connected under myself. I can log in as my kids, but not under my tag - code 0x8027025a - taking too long to connect. I am under a pass code but that wont even come up? Tried restarting, unplugging, expletives- no joy. Suggestions?

    i can connect to the internet but not xbox live servers

    i'm having problems myself logging into games for halo reach. what's going on with the servers?

    Sorry you're having issues logging in. Can you try removing your profile from the console and adding it back? Follow this link to remove your profile.
    If that doesn't work try changing your console from instant on to energy saving by following this link.

    The weird thing is I did. This morning on the same console after I signed the other person out again and signed myself in, a few minutes later I got a pop up a friend was online but it was one of his friends. Not mine. And I verified I was logged in under
    my id.

    I fixed it myself , I opened Edge (xbox default browser) from within the console, logged in, went to preferences under videos and panoramas i selected "show still image", under image size I selected "show smaller image". I went back and again attempted
    to purchase and it worked.

    I hope I do not need anything from XBOX support again, they are not likely to help you.

    Blocking apps and game purchases with parental code

    You might have to create a separate profile for them to log into when they use your Xbox. I don't have kids myself so I've never tried this, but there might be something under parental controls that can fix that for ya when you're setting up the new profile.
    I'm not 100% sure so dont quote me on it
