Logging in to report a release issue on minecraft

The texture pack on my realm is corrupt. I just want to report it. I end up in a frustrating loop trying to get support. I have a Microsoft account, I have an XBox account, and I’m sure I have a Mohjang account. It says to go to Minecraft.net to report a bug. That sends me to Mohjang. I ask for a password reset. No email came. It tells me to contact my Jira administrator. I click that. It says Jira doesn’t have a form for that.

So how do I contact anybody? I am so frustrated. Why can’t I just report an issue via Minecraft while I am logged in, anything?

Please help me figure this out.

Tried it, and they couldn't help me im pretty sure theres no way to make new accounts for now

We are playing Minecraft for Nintendo Switch. Two of our profiles on the game is giving us an error -9. There is something wrong with the Marketplace that won't let us log in to the Microsoft Account. I try to log in manually and then it closes the program
(Minecraft) completely. I've filed a report to Mojang and Minecraft. There are multiple people encountering the same issue. Please help.

I'm logging in with my microsoft account, through the microsoft account log in.

I've already migrated my account and it worked, because I played after it migrated. I've been having this issue after I changed to the new minecraft launcher they've released through the microsoft store, and I can't log in to Xbox Live through the Xbox app either.
