Logging back into my act

I recently had to reset my Xbox, I am trying to log back in to my Xbox live account but I’m not sure which of my many emails I have linked to it, is there anyway I can figure out The Xbox accounts I have linked to my Microsoft account So I can then figure out which email I used.

To access your Xbox account and other Microsoft services, you need to know the email address and password you used to set up your Microsoft account. Xbox Support can’t provide this information, even if you know your gamertag.

Unfortunately these troubleshooting tips didn't worked.

Not sure, if this helps, but i can log in now, but i won't stay logged in. After 30 sec or so, the system will log me off, with a pop up saying "I need try log in using a controller".

Unfortunately after this i can't log back, no matter what. The dashboard will act as there is no internet connection, pins,tabs are not loading in. But after checking in the settings, it says the console is connected.

Also, with my brother we tested if he can log in with my profile on his console. No issues with that.

That's actually not what you think. It doesn't actually start you over, it's just that any checkpoints that you have will be overwritten. Once you unlock a chapter, is always open for you to go back too later on in the quest select menu.

You can get back to normal mode act 1 even if your on inferno if you want.

It just warns you that any checkpoints you may have passed will be over written. You won't lose progress as you can alwas go back to where you left off at in the story.

I have been disconnected many times during the beta...usually I have to restart the 360 and log back in!? I'm was only getting booted once or twice a night when it acted up though...not to the extent ur refering too.
