    Loggin and my gamertag is wrong...


    Ive recently purchased new 360 after selling my old one over 6/7 months ago. First thing ive done is to make sure i remember my login info. I had to reser password due to me forgetting..although i thought it was correct. When finaly logged in, i have a gamer
    tag with 0 oints whats not my gamer tag..no game history, no freinds ect so could someone please explain whats happened. I dont want to set my new console up until i get this sorted. Whilst logged in on xbox live site and search my gamertag, it shows my avatar..points
    ect so its out there. How do i login to my account please. Im exited to get set up but cant. Much appreciated for a fast solution. Thanks.

    sounds like you had the email and or password wrong and when you tried to enter those on the console it auto created a new account with a new tag for it. you will have to contact support to help get your old account back on track good luck.

    Hello, have you deleted you xbox gamertag then loggin back in with it. Maybe you could try and do that. If that doesn't help can you please reply back to this post. And I'll try and help you out a bit more thanks.
