Logged into my account on PC.. tries to get me to purchase GamePass AGAIN.

I'm already a member.. been a member for years. Every time I go to the Game Pass website it says "join now". I'm already a member!! FOR YEARS! Frustration. I'm using the same Microsoft account for ALL OF IT.

Fix your website ffs. Before I decide to NOT be a member. Playstation looking reaaaal good rn.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We need to validate the status of your subscription. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services, make sure that it is showing as "active" and once confirmed, on the top right please click your photo and then take note of the Microsoft email address.

Now that you have the Microsoft email address sign out on both Microsoft Store App and Xbox App and then sign back in using the Microsoft email address that you have.

I don't believe I do have another account to try logging in with, no. Not that belongs to me, anyhow.

I clicked the link you wrote, and it brought me to the profile with my desired gamertag. Interestingly, though I suppose expectedly, there's no recent activity of me playing Forza Horizon 5 as I've been doing on my PC with Gamepass.

And yes, I was able to see the order for the subscription as well. That's where most of my confusion stems from, since if these were two separate accounts, it wouldn't seem possible for all of my purchases (including the subscription) to be tied to the account with my username, while I play my Gamepass games on PC with this other account.

Check your account billing settings on your account, from there verify that the purchase was completed for xbox game pass. It could be a pending charge that has not yet gone through or an additional billing related issue, I was able to verify that the
game is indeed compatible via gamepass on PC, if you haven't already try logging out of your account on the microsoft store and logging in again, that could resolve the problem.
