support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete - Then clear the cache once more following Saphris's link, and download your profile again. Let us know if you run into any error messages.

Try clearing your xbox's system cache

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Maybe that will fix it? do you know if your xbox currently has your license to it? (like when you transfer license, is it actively yours on that console?)

• I want to verify, are you using Xbox console or Xbox app for PC?
  
• What is the error message/code?
  
• Did the app/game crash? when did this issue happen?
  
• Can you sign in on Fortnite official website?
  
• Are you using any MODS? Are you using VPN?
