Log off in the middle of a match after another person sign in.

This has happened to me twice now.

I was playing a match online, my wife walks by and the xbox logs her in; then a alert reading something like "A sign in state has changed you will be taken back to the main screen" appears and I get logged off. IN THE MIDDLE OF AN ONLINE MATCH.

This is unacceptable. Whoever came out with this design decision was not thinking straight. Under no circumstance the system should take me out of a match unless I explicitly command it.

To prevent this from happening in the future, you can perform the following steps to turn off Kinect auto-sign in;

Go to your settings.

Go to "Sign-in, security & passkey".

Select "Change my sign-in & security preferences".

Select the option "No barriers" to maintain your current settings, but to remove the Kinect's automatic sign-in feature.

The problem is that they website seems not to have a real support. Just a lot of simple pre-made Q&A. Do you know the exact part of their website where I can get support? After I was so frustrated that at the end I contacted Azure support center and asked
to forward to Xbox IT Security Manager

I would say that if you are not sure if you are getting hacked, then I would suggest checking out the steps that we have on our support site entitled "I
think my account has been hacked", as it'll help you recover it and make sure that it's secure.

As previously posted, it would be a great idea to contact customer support for clarity on this issue.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
